Sometimes bad things happen to good outdoor furniture... If the product arrives damaged, or parts are missing, or the quality isn't up to your standards, contact us. We'll immediately ship out replacement parts to make your furniture everything it was supposed to be.
If the furniture's just not right for your space, you can return it to us in the original packaging. All we ask is that you pay the return freight and make the request within 30 days of receiving your furniture. We'll credit you 100% of your purchase price.
SHIPPING
With Leisure Made, shipping is always free. Our warehouse is located in Georgia, so typical delivery times can range from 7-10 days from placing your order. Our freight carrier will contact you to set a Monday through Friday delivery appointment. The cartons will be placed outside near the front of your home. Unboxing, assembly, and disposal of packaging materials is on you.
Additional freight charges may apply if you need weekend delivery, deliveries above the ground floor, or require more than the standard services above. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out.
Please refuse any delivery that has apparent damage to the cartons. We'll get a notice from the freight carrier that you refused shipment due to freight damage and immediately ship you out a replacement set of furniture.
PAYMENT PROCESSING
All credit card payments are processed seamlessly through Stripe.com at the time an order is placed. Stripe is a PCI Level 1 qualified credit card service provider. This means they maintain the most stringent level of certification for the security of your personal information. All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information. Payment information is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
Accepted forms of payment are Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover Card, and Apple Pay.
